I filled in the online form regarding a non-urgent condition and received a phone call from the surgery 2 months later which was then followed by a phone consultation with the GP and an in-person appointment. I was then sent for various tests in the hospital with medicine prescribed accordingly. The GP's responses to the test results and subsequent action have been swift and timely.
Overall, it took a long time from making the enquiry to having an appointment with the GP (3 months for me), but once I was seen and therefore "in the system", I feel very well taken care of.
