Following routine blood tests last year, it was identified that I was Pre-type 2 diabetic. After consultation I was offered a placement on a diabetes treatment program, provided by Redicare in support of Meon Health Practice.
The program and support offered by the Redicare team has been fantastic. They provided one-to-one mentoring, followed by weekly group webinar sessions, and a food plan that was enjoyable, easy to prepare and very nutritious.
Last week, after undertaking the program for six months, I received the results of my HBA1c blood test and my pre-diabetes has been reversed.
The Redicare team have been brilliant throughout the whole process. I cannot thank them enough! :-)
