The two medical professionals I came into contact with both last Friday and again yesterday (Monday) gave me prompt and thorough treatment. Their determination to be ‘better safe than sorry’ and their insistence on me getting an ultrasound yesterday meant that I was quickly diagnosed (with what could have been a very serious issue) and immediately started on appropriate treatment. I was also strongly advised not to wait if I encountered anything that concerned me whilst I was waiting for my appointment and to immediately either call the practice or the hospital - something I probably would have been reluctant to do had I not been encouraged to. Thanks to these two professionals, I received a very rapid appointment at the hospital
