About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary

(as a service user),

I have been to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary on several occasions recently. A huge hospital which can be quite confusing trying to work your way around. I have approached hospital staff for assistance and have always been met with a friendly helpful person, willing to stop and help direct me.

Visiting hospital can be very daunting. This approach gives the public great confidence in the staff who work there. Well done
