"Operation cancelled three times"

I have endometriosis. I have a lump that I experience excruciating pain with.

I was given a date for surgery in November 2014. I had already have a month off work sick and many times of sick leading up to that. I have not had a scheduled operation in this way and was shocked on the day when it was cancelled.

I was then given a date in December 2014. Yet again my condition had forced me to be off sick. I was devastated when this operation was cancelled too. Then I had a date for February 2015. I was very hopeful this would go ahead. I had yet again been off sick and yet again arranged my home life and work around another operation.

So the day is here. I have just called the James Paget Hospital in Great Yarmouth and am sat here in floods of tears as the operation had been cancelled again.

I don't know what to do now. I'm suffering so much. Not just physically but mentally also. My life is at a standstill. I'm living in constant pain. Will my company support me much longer? I'm afraid that they won't.
