About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

I attended with a deep cut to my face caused by a DIY accident, from entering the unit to leaving, all staff (receptionist, cleaner, nurse, Emergency Nurse Practitioner) were pleasant, attentive and professional). They immediately put me at ease and expedited my progress through to a very satisfactory conclusion.
