"The day surgery unit was nothing short of first class"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

No one wants to go into hospital but sometimes needs must.

My experience of the day surgery unit was nothing short of first class.

The staff could not have been more attentive, helpful and friendly.

The environment was very calming. No need to be stressed or worried coming here.

Thank you for your kind comments posted in Care Opinion, you are right about no one wanting to come into hospital but needs must, it is our aim to make sure our patients receive patient centred care so I'm glad to see that you were treated by helpful, attentive and friendly staff, and that you found the environment very calming. I will share your feedback with all of the staff.
