(as a service user),

Following a GP referral I was seen in a very busy ENT clinic in Victoria Hospital in Dec.  I was seen very promptly by both Audiologist  Doctor and Support worker. There was a really good consultation with the Dr who took time to explain everything and gave advice on managing the issue. ( Support worker introduced themselves and explained process)

I was referred for MRI and have an appointment  through for an appointment nearer home the end of this month which I think is pretty efficient give the pressure on services.
