It’s really stressful attending even routine appointments during this pandemic. I was late for my appointment due to being unwell and Laura was very kind about this.
She was really welcoming and friendly and clearly very dedicated to her job. She explained everything she was doing and it made me feel much more comfortable.
It was the nicest scan experience I have had on NHS. Laura is a credit to the hospital.
