No pain relief, no prescriptions, staff refusing to provide email address in order to complain.
I once again requested my prescription last Tuesday to be told it would be ready at my local pharmacy on Thursday. I duly went to pick up the prescription on Thursday to find yet again only half the prescription fulfilled. As usual, the staff were adamant that my doctors surgery did not send down the other items I had requested and to go home and call them, which I did. The surgery advised that the driver of the pharmacy would deliver the prescription either late Thursday or Friday morning due to being incredibly busy. It is now Tuesday, I am in chronic pain and can barely walk from one room to another.
I called the surgery again this morning to ask if one of the doctors could give me a call. I was told the doctor won't call me for prescriptions.
I asked for an email address to make a formal complaint, they refused and said she would call the chemist to investigate what happened to the delivery and call me back as well as vehemently defending the surgery.
So really, it doesn't matter where I go or who I try to get in contact with, I will most likely die of a massive heart attack with the stress of trying to walk and pain levels I have to endure.
