About: Victoria Hospital / Surgical High Dependency

(as a relative),

On behalf of my sister and I we would like to think the doctors and nurses in the unit for keeping us up to date regularly about my Dad who was taken in earlier in the week. Usually you struggle to get to talk to anyone on the phone or even when you visit. During these restrictions it is great to know how he’s doing even if we’ve already phoned that day!

Good Afternoon

Thank you for taking the time to post your lovely comment around the communication you experienced whilst your dad was in Shdu. I appreciate how difficult these strange times we have found ourselves in can be frustrating with no visiting but its lovely to know the communication with relatives hasn't been completely lost.
