"Very impressed by the service we received"

I had to attend a& e with my son this evening and I was impressed by the professionalism and care from start to finish. The lady booking us in was kind, caring and reassuring when my son was upset. The nurses, radiographers and doctors were all so compassionate and caring. The radiographer even took time to show him around the room as he had never had an X-ray and was feeling apprehensive. COVID-19 has put a lot of pressure and stress on the nhs but I was very impressed by the service we received tonight and that is down to the professional of all the staff in a& e. They made sure that everyone was abiding by the Covid rules in place. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything you do ❤️🌈
