About: General practices in Lanarkshire University Hospital Monklands / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

Waiting now for almost three months for communication from NHS Lanarkshire regarding physiotherapy consultation.

I am struggling to continue to work in my job due to excruciating pain in both feet.

My GP has refused to see me and the initial referral form sent tome by my GP surgery was obsolete so the actual referral should have been made more than four months ago.

I am disappointed that there has been no communication from NHS Lanarkshire Physiotherapy Service whatsoever.
