"Waste of space"

Firstly I had a high blood sugar reading which the surgery had the result of on 29/12 and it took them 3 weeks to contact mI then was asked to make an appointment and had to call 16 times before the phone rang and then had to wait 27minutes before someone answered. the appointment I made was deferred twice and I arrived on time fror the 3rd. I was left in the waiting room for 15 mins. to be told I could not have the appointment as the nurse does not do dopplers.

They are quick to complain about patients not turning up but what about the time patients lose through situations like the above.

If they treat all of their patients like this no wonder they don't turn up for appointments.

I will be taking my complaint to a higher authority.
