"Fabulous standards of care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I attended the Emergency dept in the RAH Paisley and I just want to take a minute to thank the staff for providing excellent care in a stressful environment.

From triage to discharge, all staff I encountered
( reception, nursing, medical, porters and radiographers)  were friendly and did their jobs very professionally.
As an ED nurse myself, I know the pressures they were probably under yet not once did anyone let that affect the care they provided. Thank you.

Dear 3ems,

Thank you for posting your experience here on Care Opinion.

I will pass on your feedback to the team at the RAH. The radiographic teams (as are all the teams) are working extremely hard and I am sure will be delighted to read such positive comments about their compassionate nature and professionalism.

Best wishes

Heather Richardson

Dear 3ems

Wow, thank you so much for your amazing feedback and for using Care Opinion. To see "fabulous standards of care" being used to describe our team is truly humbling.

As the Lead Nurse for the Emergency Department here at the RAH, I am incredibly proud to share this with my immediate team as well as my colleagues in the other teams. We can only do this with the support of everyone involved. I'll ensure your comments are displayed in the ED staff rest area.

Never nice, as an ED Nurse to be on the other end and I am glad your experience was so positive. I do wish you a speedy recovery.

Thank you again

Gerry
