Myself and my baby girl were in ward 1B. We seen several doctors and nurses but a few that stuck out. Thank you to Heather and both Louise’s the staff nurses, and charge nurses Louise and Lisa. They not only took the very best care of my baby but they made me feel so taken care of.
Louise (charge nurse) answered every question and helped so much with how anxious I was feeling about everything. Lisa just brought the nicest atmosphere to a scary situation. I think I laughed for the first time speaking to her in days! Louise (staff nurse) with black hair that truly made my day by just taking the time to actually help me. She just spent time helping when the baby was sick on my bed. She was amazing. The other Louise (staff nurse) that tried so desperately to save the second cannula.
I appreciate every single one of you and everything you did for me and her and everyone else involved. I hope you are never in my shoes but if you are you have the people that are made for the job. The people that really do care take care of you, like you did for me. My daughter is forever grateful too, even if you did make her take medicine ha ha!
