Unfortunately I dont have all the staff names who helped us as it was a very stressful time. My father-in-law became unwell, we called the out of hours GP service and had an almost immediate call back from a kind and caring GP - he also called back later that evening to check on things even though he had called an ambulance to come out to us/take over the care. Whilst waiting on this my father in law deteriorated, we therefore called 999 services who remained calm and talked us through everything until the ambulances arrived. The 2 crews that came were professional, respectful and so courteous to us. One was called Stevie, sorry I am unsure of the ladies and 2 other gentlmens names. We are so appreciative of the care they gave my father in law and the dignity that they maintained for him at the time of his passing.
