(as a relative),

My elderly Grandmother became unwell last week at home and suffered a fall/collapse. Her GP at the Dryburgh practice in Wishaw was very kind and attentive on the phone and swiftly arranged for the Lanarkshire Hospital at Home Team to attend. The staff who attended were fantastic with her. They were highly professional, caring and really put her at ease. Amazing person centred care. This is the 2nd time she has received their care. Thank goodness for this service and the staff who work within it.....an absolute credit to NHS Lanarkshire. Thank you so much.
