"I am so pleased about the care and treatment my son received"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as a parent/guardian),

My son (age 12) was well looked after by the team. I think his therapist was called Leanne. She did a brilliant job of diagnosing the issue, giving him exercises to do and then monitoring his progress. She spoke to him in a patient and understanding way, listened really well, and helped him to feel at ease. She made him feel like he mattered and made a huge difference to his health. 

I am so pleased about the care and treatment my son received, and so grateful to the NHS.
