I cannot praise the hospital at home team enough. 

Every single member of staff treated my elderly father with courtesy, warmth + friendliness. Everything was carried out to a very high standard. 

My father was actually discharged on the Friday from the hospital @home team but on following Sunday declined. I telephoned on the Monday (bank holiday) and because his paper work had not been written off, they agreed to come out again to save us going through NHS24. A member of team was there within 2 hours doing tests. A nurse practitioner called, my father was having delusions and also being very sick. A member of the team handed in 2 tablets and a prescription. 

A Gold Star service. Barry, Denise + Martin are the names I recall but everyone we met were absolute stars. Thank you so much.
