About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Over the last few months I have had to attend Forth Valley Royal Hospital for heart related treatment.

On each and every occasion I have invariably found the staff to be extremely efficient and focussed on giving me the best treatment and care possible.

In particular Doctors Padfield (Decisions and referral), and Venkat (Pacemaker fitting), Electrocardiology nurses - Ricardo, Julie, Hayley and Tracey and post-surgery care nurses - Catriona and Caitlin have all been extremely personable and reassuring.

In particular over the last 2 or 3 days my help from Julie, Hayley and Tracy has been above and beyond anything that should be expected. I am immensely grateful to all of them.

I am sorry, there are several other nurses and students whose names I have unfortunately forgotten and I should emphasise that all the staff I have dealt with from receptionists to consultants have been excellent.
