On 15th February, as part of our UK-wide webinar sessions, we ran our popular session on Framing the Ask to patients and service-users.
This interactive session allowed attendees to express their feelings around asking for feedback, as well as learning how to build skills and confidence in doing so.
A poll at the start of the session revealed that 71% of attendees found it difficult to ask for feedback sometimes. We asked people how they felt about asking for feedback, and these are some of the words they came up with:
