We’re thrilled to share more about our upcoming Spring Online Conference on May 29, titled “Care Opinion: Listening with Purpose and Taking Meaningful Action”.
This year’s event promises four exciting, thought-provoking sessions — and it will be our most international conference yet! We’re delighted to welcome guest speakers from around the world, including Canada and the USA, alongside our fantastic hosts. The conference kicks off at 1:30pm, and we can’t wait to connect with everyone on the day.
Have we sparked your interest? If you haven’t registered yet, why not join us?
Would you like to learn more about the sessions?
Here’s an overview and the day’s schedule:
- Session 1 - Listening, learning, leading: Hearing from frontline staff on how they encourage, promote and drive change in community service
Change! Changes don’t need to be monumental for them to have significance. A change can be something undocumented, but seen and felt, like cultural changes and change in staff morale. A change could be something obvious like ensuring correct signage for patients or could be something less obvious like changes in language use or communication style. Changes don’t need to be quantified to have an impact. What does change mean to you?
Hear from our community experts on their journey with Care Opinion about how they encourage feedback, promote Care Opinion, support staff with their journeys and drive meaningful change.
- Session 2 – Research Chat 25: How does sharing patient feedback improve care quality? Evidence from the US
We are honoured to welcome Prof Rachel Grob of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Prof Ingrid Nembhard of the University of Pennsylvania to this session. We’ll be discussing their recent research on the impacts of narrative patient feedback on the quality of care and the culture of health care teams.
The findings of this work have international significance in confirming that patients really can help improve care for the patients who follow them, and in understanding how this happens in practice.

- Session 3 - From Canada with Care – Stories, insights and ambitions from a new chapter
We’re excited to welcome our friends from Care Opinion Canada to this year’s conference! In this session, they’ll share the story of their recent launch – what it’s like to introduce Care Opinion in a new country, the insights they’ve gathered along the way, and how they’re reshaping their vision for the future. It’s a chance, to reflect, learn, and be inspired by a fresh perspective on a shared mission.
- Session 4 – Star Responders
We asked subscribers to nominate outstanding responders as our ‘Star Responders’. Join us as we celebrate the winners from England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, and hear their stories and the incredible responses that truly went above and beyond.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
