We have an ongoing, online training and support programme. As part of this programme we wanted to harness the knowledge and experience of people already responding to stories shared on Patient Opinion.
In December 2014, Louise Ewing, Patient Relations Manager from NHS Fife co hosted a Pioneer session with our Natalie. You can listen to and follow Louise's session, "The good, the bad and the ugly".
