In the fourth of our series of blogs about Care Opinion Scotland’s online conference that was held on the 28th October, today we are sharing the video recording, presentation and links for further reading of See Me Scotland’s Health And Social Care Improvement Advisor, Tom Scott’s session.

Titled “ Mental Health Inclusion: Making use of online feedback to reduce stigma and discrimination in health and social care”, Tom’s session highlighted how the knowledge exchange element of See Me’s new resources have been hugely strengthened by their partnership with Care Opinion. The session included an introduction to these resources, the screening of two films, one from a professional and the other from someone with lived experience and finished with a spirited Q&A.

You can watch the recording of the session below:

Tom Scott also shared his presentation from the day, which you can find here: Tom Scott-See Me-Presentation-COSconf2020.pptx

During the session and the Q&A, both Tom and the attendees shared a variety of links to resources, research and further reading that talked to the subject matter of the session, which you can find below:

We still have two more blogs about the conference forthcoming, so keep your eye on our blog!
