"How long before it is fixed this time?"

About: Broadford Hospital, Isle of Skye

The lift at Broadford Hospital (nearest reception) broke down around Christmas last year.

It was eventually repaired and back in service 2-3 weeks ago (just before a visit by NHS Highland's new Chief Executive) but, this week it is again out of order.

How long before it is fixed this time?

Dear LS1

I am sorry that you have had to contact us in order to raise this concern.

I can confirm that NHS Highland is aware of this situation and are actively seeking to address this at their earliest opportunity. The lift company have confirmed that they are sending a technician to Broadford Hospital on Tuesday 21 May to review the faults with the passenger lift.

I hope this provided you with a level of reassurance.

With kind regards

Sylvia
