Attended the Acute Ambulatory Unit in Causeway Hospital. 5* Care. Ward Manager (Steven) was extremely attentive, as were all the staff. Steven ensured we were okay throughout the entire time we were there. Very friendly and could not do enough for us. Nothing appeared to be a  problem and Steven definitely made a positive impact on our experience.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback of your attendance in the Acute Ambulatory Unit. I am really pleased to hear you had a positive experience. The AAU staff work very hard to provide the highest standards of care & ensure patients are comfortable during their time in the unit. I'm glad to hear this was what you experienced whilst you were there.
